Individual Orders
From the time your custom individual order is received, it will take about 2 weeks to ship. Your order must have a zero balance and the garment or novelty must be in stock. If the item is not in stock, we promise to do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock. We will try to contact you if any of your products are out of stock. We do not split ship, so until your order is complete we will not ship any of your other items. We charge $8 for the first item ordered and $1 for each additional item. Shipping on group orders is priced differently. Please call 866-6GREEK5 for any shipping questions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the holiday production flow and therefore during those times we ask you to allow more time for your order to be processed. We will do everything possible to have your order ready in a timely manner. In addition, we are unable to process any rush orders online. If you need your order faster than our normal production time, please call us toll free at 866-6GREEK5, so we may accommodate you over the phone. |

Group Orders
From the time your artwork for your group screenprinting order is approved, it will take 3 business days to ship. From the time your artwork for your group embroidery order is approved, it will take 5 business days to ship. Your order must have a zero balance and the garment or novelty must be in stock in order to qualify for our 3 or 5 day guarantees. If the item is not in stock, we promise to do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock. We will contact you if any of your products are out of stock. We do not split ship, so until your order is complete we will not ship any of your other items. Discounts on shipping are also usually available for group orders. Novelties
* Most novelties for stocked National organizations are available for immediate shipping, but can only be shipped when an order is complete.
* Afghans are usually in stock for immediate shipping.
* It will usually take 1-2 weeks for engravables, but may take longer because they are custom-made.
* Stickers and decals are usually in stock for immediate shipping. Most other paraphernalia that can be purchased on this site is typically in stock and usually ship out within a week of purchase.
* Engravables take 7-10 business days to ship. |
