Our guarantees are designed to blow you away! Our prices and services will keep you coming back. We’ve worked very hard to create a system where you, the consumer can receive a superior product, at a lower price, with the quickest turnaround times in the industry. We own all of the equipment necessary to manufacture your garment from start to finish. We do not sub-contract any work and therefore control the amount of time it takes to complete your garments.

Artwork
WE GUARANTEE one day for our award winning art department to create your screen printing design. Please email all art work designs to
artwork@greekbox.com. We accept Zip Disks, CDR’s, Floppy disks, JPEG’s or you can fax your designs to 818-700-8447. |

Screenprinting
WE GUARANTEE that from the day the artwork for your group screenprinting order is approved, it will take 3 business days to ship. We have many designs to choose from. Click here to see our screenpriting designs.

Embroidery
WE GUARANTEE that from the day the artwork for your group embroidery order is approved, it will take 5 business days to ship.

Individual Orders
WE GUARANTEE to ship your order in as timely a manner as possible. During most times of the year, a sewn letter or embroidered garment will take about 2 weeks to produce. In order to ship out, your order must have a zero balance and the garment or novelty must be in stock. If the item is not in stock, we promise to do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock. We will try to contact you if any of your products are out of stock. We do not split ship, so until your order is complete we will not ship any of your other items. We charge $8 for the first item ordered and $1 for each additional item. If we need to increase or decrease the shipping you are charged for your order, we will contact you. Discounts on shipping are available for most group orders. Please call 866-6GREEK5 for more information and group order pricing.
During the holiday season and at certain other times, the production times listed above can increase due to the volume of orders we receive. We highly recommend that you allow extra time for your order to arrive if you need to have your order in your hands by a certain date.
